Due to the sudden increase in raw material costs, we have no choice but to raise our prices. We hope costs decrease in the near future and will adjust our prices accordingly.

Shipping & Processing Policy

Our shipping carriers are FedEx, UPS, and USPS. A physical address is required for shipping, as FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Limited quantity hazardous products, such as 4 oz. of SB Coat, can only be shipped via UPS Ground. The shopping cart will will only provide shipping via UPS. Larger hazardous items, such as a Gallon of Paint will display a warning and not show a shipping method. These orders must be emailed to sales@ispikeit.com, with the product SKU and quantity for a shipping quote. 

We process orders Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. We are closed and do not process orders Friday through Sunday. Orders placed after 5 p.m. on Thursday will be received on Monday, the next business day. We process orders in the order they are received, and we strive to ship as quickly as possible. After receipt, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process an order before shipping. Please note that making changes to your order, such as adding additional items, canceling items, or combining multiple orders, may increase the average processing time and delay your order. We will strive to make these requests possible but there is no guarantee. Changes cannot be made to an order that is in process or has already processed.

Please note that the number of business days (transit time) it shows when choosing a Shipping method is only an estimate from that specific carrier. This is the number of days it generally takes for your package to arrive once it leaves our facility. Expedited shipping, such as UPS Next Day Air, are the only shipping methods that are guaranteed and can be refunded if the carrier does not deliver as promised. 

We send tracking notifications to the e-mail address we have on file once your package is picked up by the selected carrier. Please check your e-mail for shipment information and be sure to check your spam folder as your e-mail service may misdirect notifications.

Standard Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated by FedEx, UPS, and USPS and are based on the weight of the package, dimensions and the zip code it is shipping to.  We do not upcharge shipping rates.
