Hi-Lite Blue 135 is 1 - OPAQUE | NON-BLEED

Hi-Lite Blue is an iridescent pearl powder that has subtle undertones and iridescent surface tones. The effect and strength of the color can be adjusted to your likeness by adding the hi-lite to a darker colorant. As seen in the picture, the bottom grub was mixed with clear; the top grub was mixed with black. Hi-lites can be mixed with other pearls or colorants for different effects. They can be added to paints or plastisols or dusted on the lure before a clear coat is applied.
